Flights and Transport
Do I have to book the flight separately?
We don’t book flights, so you would have to book the flight yourself. It is very easy to book the flight and it will save you a lot of money if you do it yourself. There’s no point of being overcharged by agency for 5 minutes of easy work.

Part of my group comes to Prague with different flight, how do they get to hotel?
We will arrange one airport transfer from airport when you arrive and one to the airport when you leave. If you need any additional transfers, you can either take a taxi directly from airport or ask us to arrange the taxi pickup for the rest of your group. Its not expensive.

How do I know it’s safe to pay online?
We use Paypal, which is one of the world’s most popular payment services. Paypal is the leader in security technology. For more information click here.
How much is the deposit?
Deposit is 25% of the total price of the holiday. You can pay the rest of the price anytime, latest at arrival to Prague.
When should I pay the deposit?
First step is to make the online reservation, after the reservation you receive an email as the confirmation that we received your reservation. Than you will get the deadline date for the payment, which is usually 15 days after the reservation (depends on availability of activities). If you don’t want to change anything about your reservation (activities, amount of people in your group, hotel) you can go ahead and pay the deposit. If you miss the deadline, we might not be able to book the activities you want.
What happens if we cancel the holiday after paying our deposit?
The deposit you pay is for reservation of activities. Therefore it is immediately after payment transferred to our suppliers. They keep the deposit in the case of cancellation as the cancellation fee. According to our terms and conditions, the whole holiday price has to be paid in the case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival.
Holiday
Do I get the travel insurance as well?
We offer insurance cover, however we recommend you to get the additional travel insurance.
We cover:
1. Our holidays include the Travel Protection Insurance that's appliable in the case that we or any of our suppliers are not able to fulfill the obligations.
2. We only cooperate with suppliers who have accident insurance to cover costs incurred bz negligence.
3. As member of EU, Czech Republic assist all EU citizent in getting the basic health care. In case of having a private health insurance instead of state, make sure you check their terms to see in what circumstances you are covered. You are obliged to bring a European Health Insurance Card in order to be covered.
We don't cover:
1. Compensation above the cost of health care. We recommend you to contact the insurance company in your country to get the coverage for these costs.
2. Compensation if you can't arrive because of the illness or other reason and have to cancel your holiday. In order to get cover for these circumstances we advice you to search for additional insurance. For example the credit cards often cover this.
Can I also book a single activity?
Yes. Even if you don't order the whole package of activities and accommodation with us, you can still book as many of the single activities as you want. However they will not be discounted as when you book the whole package.
Can I choose the time of activity?
In the reservation form that you fill at the beginning, you will be asked what is your preferred time of activity.
